We cannot underestimate the power/energies of Color as it is believe that colors have great impact to our lives.
This article now looks at how colors played an important part in the Chinese Occult Art Of Feng Shui Arrangement.

Colors & Feng Shui
In  Feng Shui, we have the five (5) basic elements comprising Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood  which are represented by the following specific colors:

Element Color
Water Blue, Black
Earth Yellow, Brown
Wood Deep Green
Wood Light Green
Earth Yellow, Brown
Metal White, Gold, Silver

Fire Red, Orange, Pink

By understanding the location and harmonized with the specific colors in our environment particularly in our home and office, feng shui experts believe that it can bring increased harmony and balance in our lives.
Having these colors in the correct location in our house or office we should then able to harness the “energies” of these areas. This can be in the form of art/pictures, cushion covers, drapes, curtains, carpets, etc.

West/ Metal Element Metal colors- WHITE, SILVER, GOLD or earth colors -YELLOW, BROWNS and other earth tones. Metallic ornaments like bells and chimes to increase the yang energy in this sector. Earth element enhancers like crystals are also beneficial.

North West/ Metal Element WHITE, GOLD, SILVER Excellent energizers here include the ru yi and the dragon tortoise for power and authority as well as for support and protection
