Curative Effect of Rudraksha

As mentioned earlier, Rudraksha can cure a large number of diseases. Some of which are described below:

• If a nine faced Rudraksha is grated with milk and consumed three times it will cure all kinds of coughs
• All kinds of hysteria, fainting and other problems of the mind are removed by boiling the four-faced Rudraksha with milk and the milk consumed for twenty days
• Rudraksha consumed with curd, milk or cream is beneficial for high blood pressure.
